∎ Master’s degree (MBA) in Sales/Marketing preferred

∎ Prior experience in FMCG, telecom, or HORECA/channel sales is strongly preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute HORECA channel strategies to deliver growth in volume and revenue
∎ Acquire new institutional clients and build strong key account relationships
∎ Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and activation plans with HORECA partners
∎ Ensure distribution, product availability, and visibility in target outlets
∎ Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of programs
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and channel feedback to adjust strategies
∎ Conduct field visits, track performance via CRM, and prepare business reports
∎ Lead product trials, culinary demos, and training for chefs and procurement teams
