∎ MBA/ MCom in finance/accounting with CACC (essential)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and approve bills/ advance requisitions as per policy.
∎ Pre-Audit all type of expenses bills
∎ Continuous market survey for Purchase and exp. rates.
∎ Fix-up budget for projects and head-office expenses as per expenses head-wise.
∎ Monitoring and follow-up of various reports like, Bank reconciliation, monthly adjustment report, Receivable inflow report, bank charges reports etc.
∎ Supervise and monitoring of departmental works.
∎ Fund arrangement from banks and other financial institutions.
∎ Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ 5 years of practical work experience in the real estate or similar organization.
∎ Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong problem-solving and good negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
∎ Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial planning software.
