• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

• Preferred Professional Certification: CA,CC Certificated Level

• Age 28 to 36 years

• To lead the overall financial management including forecasting, capital management, Cash flow management, Cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments feasibility of future project etc. To achieve company’s short- and long-term operation goals.

• Development and implement a strategy to ensure efficient and effective fund and Working Capital Management throughout the year.

• Developing and managing financial system.

• Gap Analysis and working for Sustainable Finance.

• Review, renew of all Banking Facilities and ensure facility for requirement of Working capital and Term Finance.

• Review of existing bank charge schedule and take necessary step for reducing charge.

• Arrange third Bank Discounting and Confirmation.

• Ensure maximum utilization of fund.   

• Check of Bank Liability position reconciliation with SAP.

• Preparation of monthly cumulative fund flow statement and Liability Position. 

• Operational fund arrangement daily and monthly Loan/Liability Adjustment & Time Extension Plan.             

• Follow up Credit report, IAR Policy, RJSC, License and other regulatory requirement.

• Follow up Bank Mortgage deed, Floating and fixed charge and others security documents against different bank facilities.

• Collect most competitive rate for sale surplus USD.

• Studding feasibility and profitability for the new projects and appraising and evaluating capital investment.

• Monitor day to day financial operations within the company.

• Any other task assigned by Management.
