∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Must be willing to additional work in crisis moment.
∎ Must be Fluent in English.
∎ Should have practical knowledge in handing security & safety equipment's like Metal Detector, Archway, CCTV, DVR, NVR, IDS, smoke detector, fire extinguisher etc.
∎ Able to lesion with local police station.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide a visible security presence to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for visitors.
∎ Maintain electronic and mechanical security systems.
∎ Manage guard forces at VACs and ensure safety for employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
∎ Implement loss prevention and safety measures; recommend countermeasures with Operations teams.
∎ Ensure compliance with security policies, critical service levels, and incident reporting.
∎ Supervise security personnel deployment and performance.
∎ Conduct security awareness training for all stakeholders.
∎ Manage security operations, including ID administration, log reviews, and incident handling.
∎ Participate in investigations and ensure timely response to security incidents.
∎ Develop and manage security intelligence networks and system security.
∎ Assist in policy implementation, system hardening, and security control management.
∎ Perform security risk assessments and follow environmental health and safety policies.
