Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline from a reputed university.
CGPA requirement : 3.00 or above Required Professional Qualification : Partial/Full Course completed in CA/CMA/ACCA
Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a bank, NBFI, merchant bank, brokerage house, asset management company or other financial institution.
Sound knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, VAT, budgeting and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with the regulatory requirements applicable to capital market intermediaries will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills with high professional integrity.

Responsibility / Skill Requirement
Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance function of IIDFC Capital Limited.
Maintain proper books of accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial and regulatory reports to the relevant authorities.
Coordinate the annual statutory audit and other regulatory/internal audits and inspections.
Manage budgeting, budgetary control, cash flow and financial planning of the Company.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax, VAT and other relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate with IIDFC PLC on financial reporting, consolidation and other accounts-related matters as required.
Maintain liaison with banks, auditors, tax consultants, regulators and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure proper internal control over financial transactions and safeguard the financial assets and records of the Company.
Perform any other Accounts & Finance related responsibilities assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and/or Management.
