Experience:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration.
Experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, procurement, and administrative operations.
Good knowledge of Tax and VAT compliance and financial documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
Experience with accounting/ERP software such as Tally Prime or similar systems will be preferred.

JOB NATURE AND MODALITY
Full-time (Sunday through Thursday)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance & Accounts:
Manage day-to-day banking operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Process bills and prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Prepare monthly and annual cash flow statements and financial reports.
Record banking transactions, payments, loan adjustments, and other financial transactions.
Prepare and submit monthly VAT & Tax returns and assist in VAT & Tax-related matters.
Support internal and external audits and prepare required documentation.
Maintain communication with banks, auditors, Tax & VAT authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
Support budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and budget monitoring.
Monitor actual expenditure against approved budgets and prepare variance explanations and management reports.
Maintain proper financial records, vouchers, supporting documents, and confidential information.
Admin & Office Operations:
Provide administrative and operational support for smooth functioning of the organization.
Assist in implementing and monitoring organizational policies, procedures, office rules, and administrative decisions.
Maintain office records, administrative files, contracts, agreements, licenses, and other official documents.
Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing comparative statements, purchase documentation, vendor coordination, and payment follow-up.
Maintain effective relationships with vendors and service providers and monitor the quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist in managing office assets, inventory, stationery, and other organizational resources.
Assist in preparing official letters, office orders, circulars, notices, and other corporate and administrative correspondence.
Support corporate affairs and regulatory matters, including coordination with RJSC, banks, government offices, regulatory authorities, and other relevant institutions as assigned.
Coordinate and follow up on administrative and corporate matters with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other administrative, procurement, corporate affairs, and operational duties assigned by the AGM, Operations.
