Responsibilities & Context:

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

• Prepare vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, trial balances, and monthly financial reports.

• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper records of banking transactions.

• Handle supplier payments, and other commercial-related activities.

• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and relevant authorities in connection with commercial transactions.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and management reports.

• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments and ensure timely settlement of outstanding balances.

• Verify invoices, bills, supporting documents, and payment requests before processing.

• Maintain stock ledger proper documentation and filing of accounting, VAT, and tax records.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and support external/internal audits.

• Check & review all kinds of transactions as per compliance with company policies/laws & regulations.

• Perform any other accounting, finance, commercial, and related duties assigned by management.

• Prepare Management report on daily basis & as per Management required.

• Any other activities as & when required by the Management.
