Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance,
• CA (CC), ACCA/CMA or professional accounting qualifications will be an added advantage

• Computer basic knowledge.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Location: Chattogram ( Karnaphuli EPZ), North Patenga, Chattogram.

Responsibility:

• Supervise and manage all factory accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems.

• Prepare financial statements, costing, budgeting, profit-loss, balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows, etc., ensure proper implementation of financial policies and procedures at the strategic level, and monitor banking activities of the organization.

• Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective control on it, monitoring Financial Risk Assessment, fixing up arrangements of working capital.

• Maintaining Cash book, bank book, General ledger, subsidiary ledger, and another required registers.

• Knowledge of the Tax, VAT and Banking rules & procedures.

• Preparing VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning Functions & Audits. Attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals, overseeing Tax & VAT audit reports. Look after monthly and yearly return submission, hearing, and assessment finalization VAT & TAX authority.

• Prepare daily receipts and payment vouchers journal vouchers of project-related expenses.

• Accounts payable & trade loan management.

• Ensure timely data entry in the accounting software system.

• Bank & Ledger reconciliations and report time to time to Management.

• Check Import & Local purchase.

• Preparation of various statements and necessary reports.

• Regular monitoring of the factory stock.

• Any other works of A/C Division as per senior instruction.
