Job Context

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional in accounts department to handle, daily accounts and financial records, VAT, Tax, and to support overall financial management.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

• Maintaining daily accounts and financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements preparation.

• Maintain proper documentation of transactions, tax records & Liaise with Tax authorities and auditors as required.

• Prepare and maintain VAT and Tax filings in accordance with government regulations.

• Providing necessary documentation and support for compliance teams and external audits.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to prepare a monthly budget and financial statement.

• Have to be involved in Daily Banking Transaction Activity.

• Tracking organization expenses.

• Working with collection departments on overdue payments

• Any other assignment not detailed herein and felt assign by Management as and when necessary.
