Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain all financial records and documents of the depot as per company policy.
Handle cash, bank transactions, journal entries, and petty cash management.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of depot accounts to the Head Office.
Prepare and verify monthly stock reports, sales reports, and bank reconciliation statements.
Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
Ensure inventory accuracy through physical stock verification and system records.
Monitor stock expiry, damage, and pilferage issues and report immediately.
Oversee and coordinate with sales representatives, delivery personnel, and third-party logistics.
Manage depot administrative tasks including manpower, utilities, and safety.
Liaise with auditors, bank personnel, and local regulatory bodies when required.
