Responsibilities & Context:

HR Management for Factory Operations

  • Develop and implement HR policies tailored to factory workforce needs.

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding aligned with manpower planning.

  • Oversee attendance, timekeeping, leave management, and payroll coordination.

  • Foster a positive and disciplined workplace culture.

  • Address worker grievances and resolve conflicts promptly.

Factory Administration Oversight

  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and transport.

  • Supervise canteen and accommodation facilities for hygiene and comfort.

  • Implement emergency response protocols for fire, accidents, and disasters.

  • Monitor and control administrative budgets for cost optimization.

Security & Discipline

  • Maintain high discipline standards across the workforce.

  • Oversee access control, visitor management, and gate security.

  • Train and supervise security personnel for emergency response.

  • Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to prevent labor unrest.

Worker Welfare & Productivity Initiatives

  • Improve work conditions, sanitation, drinking water, and rest areas.

  • Organize awareness sessions on safety, labor rights, and health.

  • Promote teamwork and mutual respect to enhance productivity.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform any other duties assigned by Company Management to support operational and organizational objectives.
