Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
∎ Supervise the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily banking activities.
∎ Advise team members on decisions related to the company’s financial policies.
∎ Verifying bills & vouchers which are processed for payment by team members.
∎ Ensuring compliance with professional standards and company policies.
∎ Conduct price/rate survey for procurement of materials and services.
∎ Carry out investigations, and ad-hoc assignments as required.
