• Candidate must have Export/ International sales experience.

• Good command of writing, speaking & listening in English.

• Practical experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and E-mail correspondences.

To sustain its success and achieve ever greater heights, MGI is searching for highly motivated, proactive & energetic export professionals for its export team which is under FMCG division. The incumbents will be responsible for FMCG products of MGI & workstation will be at head office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and explore new export markets, sources of potential importers by analyzing and implementing strategy to initiate business Endeavor.

• Communicate with foreign buyers, collect orders, collect payments in a timely manner, and ensure shipment delivery.

• Maintain all the logistics, supply chain, transport, C&F and shipping lines for export orders.

• Prepare all export-related documents within the required time frame and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation methods to assist customers.

• Maintain liaison with export-related trade bodies, such as Foreign Buyers, Foreign Commission Agent, Ministry of Commerce & Industries, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Planning, Export Promotion Bureau, Tariff Commerce, Banks and C&F Agents, Shipping Lines, etc.

• Collect and analyze export market information (e.g., growing customer’s needs, competitor`s activities, market trends) and generate ideas for new product development, promotion, and export.

• Prepare & submit monthly, quarterly & yearly export reports, forecast projection reports, market trends analysis reports, etc. to the line manager.
