Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree, preferably in Education, or Social Sciences/Statistics/Development Studies

Experience Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years’ experience, preferably in education program with similar approach
∎ Sound knowledge on the education system and policies imperatives in Bangladesh.
∎ In-depth knowledge, preferably in EPE (early primary education) and knowledge on Inclusive education will be an advantage
∎ Clear understanding about monitoring system, research and evaluation.
∎ Excellent skills on curriculum and materials development on NFE activities.
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills and participatory monitoring and evaluation
∎ Ability to report writing both in Bangla and English,
∎ Good analytical skill of data both qualitative and quantitative,
∎ Computer operating skills on MS word, Excel and SPSS (preferred)
