∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing administrative support to Gender Justices and Diversity Programme (e.g. event & meeting management, support related to telecommunication department, restructuring office workstations, dealing HO related procurement, repair and stock keeping etc.).
∎ Providing support for HR related issues (staff requisition, joining, transfer, resignation, termination & release order, loan, special leave and health insurance etc.) to field and HO level staff of GJD unit.
∎ Coordinating with audit department and respond to all their queries related to the position's responsibilities.
∎ Assisting in financial management system (Budget) of GJD programme.
∎ Ensuring store and stock maintenance for HO and update Fixed Asset's Register.
∎ Coordinating and ensuring GJD's event related venue and other arrangements as per programmes need.
∎ Ensuring documentation of all GJD's circulars, memos and letters for future need and audit purposes.
∎ Coordinating GJD staff's seating arrangement and working stations.
∎ Working as a focal person to deal with GJD's ICT issues, telecommunication issues and procurement issues.
∎ Maintaining all sort of communications of Director, GJD with other programmes/ departments.
∎ Maintaining all communication matters with quality related to all programmes of BRAC and outside BRAC if necessary.
∎ Undertaking administrative activities as per requirement.
∎ Managing Director's agenda/ calendars and developing communication materials for the Director such as speech, notes, presentations, drafting agendas, record meeting minutes etc.
∎ Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence/ mails/ packages etc. and organising meetings, conferences and workshops.
∎ Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
∎ Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally travelling with the Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on day to day office administration and related supports/ activities.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email and in-person).
∎ Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
∎ Proficinet user of MS Office applications (MS word, Excel, Power point etc).
∎ Sound negotiation and problem solving skills.
∎ Acquainted with office management systems and procedures.
∎ Should be adaptive and a team player.
∎ Minimum 02 years of work experience is required.
