Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Bangla for effective coordination and correspondence.
Ability to manage documents, maintain filing systems, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong presentation Skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic office equipment.
Capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing routine responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Understanding of budget handling, approval processes, and logistical support, such as inventory and travel documentation.
Ability to work with different departments and maintain professional relationships both within and outside the organization.

Job Purpose
- This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by managing communication, document processing, coordination with departments, and logistical tasks. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations within the Finance & Accounts department and helps maintain effective communication between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle all communication, appointments, and correspondence for the CFO with BRAC and external parties.
- Receive and sort all types of documents (requisitions, bills, letters, travel papers, etc.), get approval from the CFO, and share them with the right persons. Inform if anything is not approved.
- Manage the finance store and equipment, and request materials as needed.
- Divide BRAC Head Office rent and utility costs among departments based on space and usage.
- Coordinate with different BRAC teams and prepare documents, reports, and briefing notes as needed.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
