Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and review goals based on the management's objectives and communicate them to the team. Act as a middle point for management and employees.
∎ Review progress as compared to goals, budgets, and targets.
∎ Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
∎ Develop performance standards and communicate the Key Performance/Result Areas (KPA/ KRA) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Provide opportunities for employee advancement and career growth.
∎ Prepare and present annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans with strategies, promotion mix and negotiate the budget with management.
∎ Implement the marketing plan selecting the best possible media vehicle while optimizing the cost and benefits within the approved budget.
∎ Develop a retail vision strategy and plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & presentation skill both in English and Bangla must be.
∎ Good working experience with different foot wear & clothing brands like Apex, Bata, Yellow, Arong, Infinity, Cates Eye and so on.
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 90000 - 110000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
