3 to 4 years experience in same position., 8 to 10 years experience in related department

Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and control all production process.
∎ To monitor production target in all shifts as per quality parameters.
∎ To optimize resources to ensure required quality with maximum production to achieve the maximum profitability.
∎ Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency of the systems.
∎ Monitoring quality and process control systems, standards and procedures for maintaining the quality as per standards.
∎ Follow up of color codification in the department for avoiding material mix up
∎ Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system wide preventive and corrective actions to avoid the re occurrences.
∎ Maintain the health safety, applicable legal compliance, neat and tidy conditions
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training programs
∎ Wastage control of Raw material, WIP material and finished goods.
∎ Cost control, operational excellence ,efficiency, timely delivery and quality output
Additional Requirements:

∎ Must have the knowledge of Knit & Woven business.
