Responsibilities & Context:
1. Supervise all Acoountants of Kumudini Mirzapur and Narayangonj Complex.
2. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for all wings, monitoring performance, and ensuring resources are used effectively.
3. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the management, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
4. Manage cash flow, treasury and banking operations to maintain liquidity and support business needs.
5. Monitor costs and drive efficiency measures to improve profitability across all business units.
6. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, laws, and accounting standards across the group.
