Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor in Law or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Regulatory Affairs, Trademark

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle trademark and design portfolios of all brands of the company.
∎ Overseeing and coordinating trademark/patent design filings globally specially in Europe, USA and other Asian countries.
∎ Filing and prosecuting trademark/patent design applications up to grant; also follow-up renewals, recordals, oppositions;
∎ Conducting trademark/patent design searches and prepare availability search reports;
∎ Advising on strategies and courses of actions available to the management.
∎ Reviewing Examination reports and drafting response to Office Actions.
∎ Other regulatory activities assigned by the management as when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Meticulous, well-organized and comfortable working with tight deadlines;
∎ Positive mindset and attitude, hardworking & team-player;
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills English;
∎ Computer literacy and be conversant with all MS Office applications.

Salary: Negotiable
