Master`s degree in higher education management or any related discipline preferably from any accredited North American University.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Minimum 15 (fifteen) years of experience with 10 (ten) years’ experience in a higher education institution in managing quality assurance and accreditation activities like program assessment, self-study, preparation and maintenance of course files, annual program reports etc. and minimum 5 (five) years’ experience in teaching in local/ international accredited universities. Industry consultancy will be an added advantage. Conditions may be relaxed for the extraordinarily qualified/experienced candidates.

• Well-accustomed with international ranking (QS Ranking, TIME Impact Ranking etc.) processes.

• Have a full-life cycle experience with all the phases of accreditation process of any internationally renowned accreditation authorities like AACSB, ACBSP, ABET, BAETE etc.

Other Requirements:

• Having knowledge of national and international framework of quality assurance standards of tertiary educational institute, accreditation requirements; current and innovative practices in the development and assessment of institutional effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

• Adequate experience in implementing accreditation standards in assessment, self-study, strategic planning, and assurance reporting.

• Familiarity with contemporary modes and technologies of course delivery and student administration systems in an international educational environment.

• Experience in assessing OBE Curriculum and PLO, CLO mapping stated in the course and program specification.

• Capability of analyzing data related to rankings and accreditation.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to train and consult various academic and administrative units in their related quality assurance, assessment and accreditation standards.

• Ability to effectively lead and manage a work group, staff members, and committees.

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing in English.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate for the position will provide direction, guidance and support to the university in the areas of quality assurance, assessment, accreditation, program review, global ranking, assurance reporting and UGC requirements. The person will consult, train and assist various academic and administrative units in fulfilling the requirements of the quality assurance and accreditation standard of local and international accreditation authorities.
