Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS Degree is required, preferably with Masters in Public Health (MPH)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will lead the field implementation and is responsible for providing technical support to the managers to ensure result including the quality.
∎ S/he will be responsible for building consensus and engaging divisional and district stakeholders during the project implementation and will coordinate division and district level effort and bridging them with national level.
∎ Responsibilities include, s/he will contribute in development of project implementation plan to facilitate project activities at district and upazila level, monitor program management indicators and milestones for tracking progress, contribute to develop annual work plan and budget.
∎ The Deputy Director is also responsible to ensure quality and timely reporting, coordinate with MOH&FW officials at national and field level, support M&E and documentation colleagues to analyse data and make proper documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 7 years' experience in program implementation, especially with NGO and the public sector, including 3 years in management position
∎ S/he is expected to have sound understanding of MOH&FW structure and national health system
∎ Experience to deal with GoB officials and district and upazila level will be an advantage
∎ Strong management skills with aptitude to work independently in high pressure situation
∎ Ability to deal with multiple partners and managing and supervising a large team
∎ Proficiency in MS Office
