Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

ACA from ICAB; MBA/BBA or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, sustainability, business administration or a related field is typically required; Advanced degrees such as a master`s or an MBA with a focus on sustainability or environmental management, sustainability principles, practices, frameworks, and standards such as S1, S2, GRI and SDGs

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sustainability management, environmental accounting, corporate social responsibility, environmental consulting, or a related field is essential

• Good interpersonal skill

• IT skill and competency of written communication in both English and Bengali are essential

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is looking for self-motivated, competent & experienced officials, willing to build career with one of the most prestigious professional Institutes of Bangladesh in the following positions.

Functions: Develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy for the institute, outlining goals, priorities, and action plans to promote sustainability among members and companies nationwide; Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability data, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics; Provide guidance and resources to institute’s members on integrating sustainability into their practices, including training programs, guidance documents; Engage with regulators/policymakers with regard to understanding of their requirements and then disseminating the information as well as guidance to the Banks, Financial Institutions, Companies and other relevant entities. Any other task as assigned by the authority from time to time.
