Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning overall business strategies in consultation with the CEO & stakeholders to attain the goals of the business and shareholders.
∎ Providing strategic advice to the Board for an accurate view of the market and the company's future.
∎ Developing merchant banking activities, designing and executing Issue management & fund arrangement through issuance of fixed income securities, merger and acquisition, equity financing from both local & foreign investors, corporate restructuring.
∎ Maintaining a high degree of relationship with the regulators.
∎ Strengthening the skill level of each position of the organization by cost and resource management by implementing proper standards, tools, and metrics.
∎ Responding to major or minor changes in business environment and coping up accordingly to remain safe and secured in the industry.
∎ Training the employees to ensure updated and adequate compliance.
Additional Requirements:
