Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Must be from a UGC-approved university.
∎ No 3rd division is allowed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining close contacts with foreign institutional clients and respond to their queries
∎ Building and maintaining relationship with foreign fund managers
∎ Build Strong relationship with Merchant Banks and other Capital Market Intermediary and acquire Corporate Clients
∎ Ensure compliance of the instructions /directives of the regulatory bodies and internal policies
∎ Coordinate with sales team to formulate sales strategy
∎ Develop Value Added Services for clients
∎ Enhance service delivery channels
∎ Process development and technology integration
∎ Overlook trading and settlement of transaction (Broker & Dealer) in DSE, CSE and CDBL
∎ Monitor and Supervise Margin Loan operation
∎ Provide guideline in preparing company accounts
∎ Monitoring and supervise branch operations
∎ The applicant should possess excellent presentation and communication skills with regulators, other stakeholders and high level executives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional Certifications like CA, and CFA are preferred.
∎ 15 years of working experience in the capital market with at least 5 years in a Senior Management position at a Brokerage Institute.
∎ Adequate knowledge of the operations, rules and regulations of the Bangladesh Capital Market.
∎ Develop overall business development strategy.
