∎ Reconcile supplier ledger & ensure balance agreed up on both sides.
∎ Ensure VAT & TAX compliant procurement.
∎ Must have strong analytical & practical knowledge of the ERP system.
∎ Have to have strong knowledge upon Garment materials sourcing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, control & manage complete procurement cycle to ensure supply chain surplus.
∎ Developing dynamic procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
∎ Analyzing the market & competitors to implement effective strategy.
∎ Provide overall supervision and coordination of staff and activities.
∎ Communicating and negotiating with vendors to land more profitable deals.
∎ Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for justified material requisitions.
∎ Overseeing and monitoring the RM, Refractories & Consumables stock position for executing optimum stock level.
∎ Review comparative statement (CS) and assist Management to select the vendors by ensuring the best purchase deal in terms of quality & quantity of products and service level.
