Experience:

• At least 8 years

• M.Com/ MBS/ MBA in Finance or Accounting

• Partly qualified CA/ CMA/ ACCA will be given preference

• At least 8 years

• Skill: Preparation of Financial Statement

• Candidates having experience on L/C management and ERP (SAP) will be given preference

• Assist in fund management, monitor bank balances and initiate transfers accordingly

• Handle LC operations, ensure availability of funds in bank accounts to retire LC documents       

• Monitor banking costs and fees, identify cost-saving opportunities and make effective contribution for optimizing banking relationships       

• Prepare all relevant accrual/prepaid vouchers, including a list of prepaid parties       

• Check advertising agency bills and prepare relevant vouchers for payment       

• Verify C&F, insurance premium bills and prepare relevant vouchers on time       

• Valuation of import materials for the preparation of Financial Statements       

• Reconcile and distribute ORS bonuses       

• Record accrual UPAS liability and settle it according to the scheduled time       

• Contribute to the SAP implementation project       

• Identify and give suggestions to the CFO/Sr. Manager, F&A regarding SAP software for enhancing efficiency       

• Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
