Skill: Preparation of Financial Statement
Candidates having experience on L/C management and ERP (SAP) will be given preference
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in fund management, monitor bank balances and initiate transfers accordingly
Handle LC operations, ensure availability of funds in bank accounts to retire LC documents
Monitor banking costs and fees, identify cost-saving opportunities and make effective contribution for optimizing banking relationships
Prepare all relevant accrual/prepaid vouchers, including a list of prepaid parties
Check advertising agency bills and prepare relevant vouchers for payment
Verify C&F, insurance premium bills and prepare relevant vouchers on time
Valuation of import materials for the preparation of Financial Statements
Reconcile and distribute ORS bonuses
Record accrual UPAS liability and settle it according to the scheduled time
Contribute to the SAP implementation project
Identify and give suggestions to the CFO/Sr. Manager, F&A regarding SAP software for enhancing efficiency
Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
