∎ Job Location: CDC, Beacon Pharmaceuticals PLC, Hemayetpur, Savar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and administer depot activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of medicines
∎ Manage inventory and ensure uninterrupted supply, including cold chain products
∎ Monitor operations including bill preparation, packing, and repacking of damaged medicines
∎ Analyze and report on Expiry & broken damaged product
∎ Maintain communication with various departments and depots, ensuring alignment with company policies
∎ Send daily software backup reports to head office and maintain accurate records
∎ Ensure the depot's safety and security, including employee welfare
∎ Foster a healthy internal work environment and promote continuous development of personnel
∎ Coordination & communication with the factory warehouse and other departments
∎ Management of promotional materials according to allocation
∎ Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as Depot In-Charge or 4 years in a preparatory role leading to Depot In-Charge, preferably in the pharmaceutical or logistics industries
∎ Prior experience in a robust ERP system, especially SAP, will be considered an advantage
∎ Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team motivation and conflict resolution. Fluent in English and Bangla, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance.
