Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, guide, and oversee the depot distribution team to ensure operations run effectively, efficiently, and without disruption.
Ensure on-time delivery of sales orders, proper collection of invoice payments, and accurate receipt of incoming materials against challans.
Develop and organize delivery schedules in alignment with customer requirements.
Supervise all administrative functions of the depot, including vehicle management and security arrangements.
