Job Context:

∎ JMI Industrial Gas Limited, a flagship Strategic Business Unit of JMI Group, engages in importing, bottling, and distributing Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) as well as Ethylene Oxide (EO) Gas. JIGL is uniquely poised to cater to the country`s demand and has the surplus capacity to export to overseas markets.
∎ We are looking for experienced and self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after Distribution activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage day-to-day operations of the depot, stock transfer & delivery.
∎ Maintain physical and soft stock of products.
∎ Ensure receives goods in the daily stock ledger.
∎ Ensure availability of supply of products on a daily basis
∎ Ensure timely product dispatch per challan/invoice to dealers and Institutions in different parts of the country.
∎ Responsible for inventory management activities including receiving, storing & handling stock.
∎ Plan & schedule deliveries to meet customer end.
∎ Ensure preparing an invoice, challan & stock statement.
∎ Proper communication with Accounts, MIS & Others.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.
