Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Group of Companies, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Diploma in Nursing
• Bachelor/Honors

Prior working experience in dental clinic will be given preference

• Age 20 to 25 years
• Only Female

Dental Assistance:

• Prepare and organize dental instruments, equipment, and materials before treatments.

• Assist the dentist during procedures by handling instruments, suctioning, and ensuring a sterile working environment.

• Sterilize and maintain dental tools following standard protocols.

• Record patient history, treatment details, and support with clinical documentation.

• Guide patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms.

Customer Service & Administration:

• Greet patients warmly and assist with registration and appointments.

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

• Respond to patient queries regarding treatments, pricing, and services.

• Manage billing, payments, and receipts in coordination with Accounts.

• Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality.

• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
