Educational Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Bangla typing, English typing, MICROSOFT OFFICE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
∎ Very good experience in Internet Web Research.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good in English and bangla typing speed.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
∎ Creating entries as per instruction
∎ Keeping record of audits

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiable for expert candidate.
