∎ 02 years’ work experience as a data analyst or in a related field is preferable, not mandatory.
∎ Proficiency in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
∎ Strong organizational and data management skills.
∎ Ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R).
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks.
∎ Experience:

∎ Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in 9 districts (Netrakona, Mymensingh, Kishoreganj, Tangail, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Rajshahi, Naogaon, Chapai Nawabganj) of Bangladesh is currently looking to fill up the position:
∎ Data Collection, managing data, developing reports and troubleshooting data issues.
∎ Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
∎ Capacity buildings of relevant staff.
∎ Location: The post will be based at the Dhaka office with field visits.
