Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location: From OFFICE (Night Shift Priority)

Office Time: Roster Basis

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Customer Support Officer to join our Customer Support Department and maintain relationships with the clients by providing proper support to clients from the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. If you think you are supportive, customer-centric, polite, wield excellent communication skills, and love to provide support, then you are the best fit for this position. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop a long-term employment mentality and nurture relationships with potential clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer queries/complaints/requests via Chatbot and Email.

  • Maintain logs.

  • Understand customer needs and follow up with the production team.

  • Ensure the success of the project.

  • Statistical analysis and reporting.

  • Upload and download customer projects.

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients.
