Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive.
∎ The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer inquiries via email, phone, Live Chat and social media in a timely and professional manner, provide online and technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional customer service.
∎ Key responsibilities include managing customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
