Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients.
∎ Attending complaints and queries made by customers through phone calls, emails, or other means.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.
∎ Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end
∎ Logging in, following up, ticketing and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
∎ Testing new technologies.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with Internal Departments.
∎ Follow Up on Customer Interactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, ISP, Telecommunication.
∎ Minimum 1 year working experience in the IT service industry preferably in ISP.
∎ Hands on experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Good basic knowledge in IP routing and sub-netting.
∎ Experience in Linux and Windows OS setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Fluency in speaking and writing English and Bangla.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Team player and enjoys work pressure.
