Working on behalf of an Australian furniture company based in Melbourne and providing support to their customers also from Australia via call, email, and chat. This is a work from home position. Training will be given for the first 3 months and place will be declared by the supervisor. Answering customer inquiries and handling complains. Making invoice using various software. General e-commerce store maintenance. Email and chat support. Retail and wholesale customer support.

Office Time:
6am - 2pm (Sunday - Thursday)
6am - 11am (Friday)
Saturday Day Off
