∎ Advanced user of computer.
∎ Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH.
∎ Excellent numerical skills.
∎ Ability to solve problems and complaints handling.
∎ Typing speed should be over 40 WPM.
∎ Knowledge with Photoshop, Dream Weaver, HTML will be given preference.
∎ Able to work from 6am and on public holidays.
∎ Previous experience in similar role.
∎ Able to travel to Uttara area
∎ Able to work from 6am to 2pm Sunday to Friday
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working on behalf of an Australian furniture company based in Melbourne and providing support to their customers also from Australia via call, email, and chat. This is a work from home position. Training will be given for the first 3 months and place will be declared by the supervisor. Answering customer inquiries and handling complains. Making invoice using various software. General e-commerce store maintenance. Email and chat support. Retail and wholesale customer support.
