Riseup Labs is looking for a few expert and skilled “Customer Service Specialist” to support one of its international food ordering clients. You will be responsible for managing and handling back-office order processing for a large food chain company.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing proper guest support via phone
Take and place orders according to customer demands
Update orders and details on CRM/Required platform
Assist and suggest different toppings or items to customers
Handle customer complaints and assist them properly
Fully monitor and understand each order Up-sell additional items if asked
Additional Requirements:
Must be fluent in English Language (Speaking, Listening & Writing)
Must pay attention to every detail
Excellent communication & multi-tasking skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service/ support industry
Able to work night shift/ day shift on roaster basis
Working Hours: Roaster Basis; Night shift (8 Pm - 5 Am)
