Responsibilities & Context: Candidates have to make Inbound and outbound calls.
Managing survey calls and customer service inquiries.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
