Responsibilities :

1.Order Management:Receive and process customer orders accurately. Coordinate with the production planning and sales teams to ensure orders are scheduled correctly and delivered on time.

2.Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product specifications (fabric composition, GSM, width, etc.), pricing, and lead times. Respond to emails and calls promptly.

3.Sample Coordination: Arrange fabric samples, lab dips, and strike-offs for customer approval. Track the progress of sample development with the technical team to ensure deadlines are met. 4.Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or claims regarding quality or delivery delays professionally. Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) and logistics departments to find effective solutions.

5. Documentation: Prepare necessary shipping and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.

6.Status Updates: Provide regular updates to customers on their order status, production progress, and shipment tracking.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

2.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of customer service or merchandising experience in the textile or garment industry. Familiarity with fabric types (knitted, woven, dyed) is essential. 3.Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required to communicate with international clients.
