Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives with strong verbal communication skills in English & Bangla. The ideal candidate should be able to handle client interactions effectively over the phone and have the ability to persuade clients to take our services or confirm orders.

Employment Status: Full-time ( 10am -7pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers over the phone to drive sales.
  • Persuade clients to take our services or confirm orders.
  • Provide information on products, pricing, and other details.
  • Report daily work activities to the admin via Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Willingness to work beyond regular office hours if necessary.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, show stress tolerance, and maintain a professional attitude.
