∎ At least 1 year of experience in Call Center, Customer Relationship Management , or Tele sales.
∎ Prior experience in Call Centers, E-commerce, or Telecommunication is preferred.
∎ Must have a good-quality laptop.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with customers over the phone to drive sales.
∎ Persuade clients to take our services or confirm orders.
∎ Provide information on products, pricing, and other details.
∎ Report daily work activities to the admin via Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
∎ Willingness to work beyond regular office hours if necessary.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks, show stress tolerance, and maintain a professional attitude.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are seeking Customer Service Representatives with strong verbal communication skills in English & Bangla. The ideal candidate should be able to handle client interactions effectively over the phone and have the ability to persuade clients to take our services or confirm orders.
