Process orders efficiently from Social Media pages, website and other online storefront.
Manage and maintain social media pages, website and other online storefront.
Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction for buying process.
Order Receive, Issue invoice, Product Sorting and Packaging.
Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience.
Capture product photography to showcase items effectively.
