Responsibilities & Context:
1.Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries.
2Assist customers with product or service inquiries.
3.Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
4.Help customers place orders or update their accounts.
5.Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
6.Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
7.Gather customer feedback to help improve products/services.
Report recurring issues or suggestions to management.
8.Time management
