Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer calls and handle customer's inquiries over the phone and email.
∎ Correspondence with customer and Inter-department by telephone, email.
∎ Maintain customer complain Management software.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information and every other issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Coordinating with other departments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in customer service is required.
∎ English skills (speaking and writing)
∎ Have to work any days in a week
∎ Have to work in any shifts according to roster
∎ Customer orientation
∎ Communication skills (oral and written)
∎ Stress resistance
∎ Flexible, can do attitude, positive attitude
