Responsibilities
Source and manage products from multiple sales channels and suppliers.
Create and maintain accurate product listings on specific online marketplaces.
Manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate timely fulfillment.
Provide professional and responsive customer support across platforms.
Prepare and maintain daily inventory and performance tracking sheets.
Monitor stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
Identify operational issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Work flexibly across different operational sectors as required by business needs.
A proactive mentality with readiness to work in any key operational sector.
