Responsibilities & Context:
OxioSoft এ আমরা একজন Laravel Support Engineer খুঁজছি, যিনি মূলত আমাদের নিজস্ব Running CMS এর উপর কাজ করবেন।
আমাদের CMS এর গঠন অনেকটাই Laravel Blade Syntax ভিত্তিক এবং এখানে Laravel 12 ব্যবহার করা হয়।
এই পজিশনটি মূলত একটি Office Desk Job, যেখানে কাজের বড় অংশ হবে Frontend Design Customization, Theme Customization এবং Client Support।
🔧 Job Responsibilities
আমাদের CMS ব্যবহার করে Website Delivery করা
ক্লায়েন্টের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Theme Customization (Layout, Section, Color, Content ইত্যাদি)
আমাদের Page Builder দিয়ে Landing Page Design ও Frontend Design Customization
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Customized Pixel Setup (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag / GA4 ইত্যাদি)
পুরোনো ও বর্তমান ক্লায়েন্টদের WhatsApp Support Handle করা
ক্লায়েন্টের সমস্যা বুঝে সমাধান দেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজন হলে সাইট ব্যবহারের বিষয়গুলো ক্লায়েন্টকে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া
🛠 Required Skills
Laravel 12 এ কাজ করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা
Laravel Blade Syntax সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা
HTML, CSS এ ভালো দক্ষতা
Frontend Design Customization করার অভিজ্ঞতা
Client Communication ও Support Handle করার মানসিকতা
👉 Laravel Blade ভিত্তিক প্রজেক্ট ও CMS এ কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে তা Extra Advantage হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা হবে।
