Responsibilities & Context:
Assist customers with inquiries about diagnostic services, pharmacy products, test results, and general information.
Provide clear and accurate information about appointment scheduling, test procedures, and prescriptions.
Handle customer complaints, issues, and concerns with professionalism and escalate them when necessary.
Assist with appointment bookings and reminders for diagnostic tests or consultations.
Process pharmacy orders and assist customers in obtaining prescription medications.
Stay informed about the services offered by the diagnostic center and the range of medications available at the pharmacy.
