  • Must have good knowledge about IT.

  • Duty 6 PM to 3 AM (Night Shift).

  • Graduated in English.

  • Highly priority will be given to those with a minimum IELTS score of 6 point.

  • Remote Job.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Attending client`s queries, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately appointed as per organization rules and regulation.

  • To carry out the daily operations of the customer service through only outbound call, live chat, video calling, texting and Email with the foreign client.

  • Communicate fluently in English.

  • Responding to customer questions and complaints over phone/online.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information.

  • To interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction.

  • Keep up to date with necessary information, new launches, promotions etc.
